One of the more exciting things Southwest Engineers has been able to do over the past several years, is to develop a summer internship program. Our interns have been able to work on real projects by being involved in design, field work, and permitting. With real hands-on experience, each intern has been able to develop a better understanding of what they enjoy most about engineering and how to get it done. Over the past several years, each intern has returned throughout their college career and so far each one has chosen to come on board full time when they graduate.
