Code Ranch

This stunning Cornerstone Architects’ project transformed a tract of Hill Country land into a state-of-the-art, rustic-inspired, multi-building campus that included new PEMB’s (Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings). This barn-style architecture project has office and retail facilities and unique spaces, such as a commercial kitchen, an axe throwing area, and a custom BBQ pit. The project also preserved the iconic water storage tank that rises over the rugged Texas landscape.

We performed site civil services to support this unique project. As part of these services, we performed a floodplain analysis of two tributaries running through the site. Entrusted with permitting work in the Barton Springs Zone, Southwest Engineers helped secure various site permissions that included: a COA Site Plan, Travis County Site Plan, Travis County Fire Department Site Permit, and a West Travis County Public Utility Agency Permit for Water Line & Services. Based upon our analysis, we then designed a detention/irrigation pond for the site.
