In 2020, we launched this division from our Bastrop office. We built the Division from the ground up according to our founding values and re-imagined land acquisition as a truly professional service. The Division consists of experienced project managers, ROW agents, and problem solvers who know how to legally and methodically drive the land acquisition process to completion as quickly and efficiently as possible.
We act as an extension of our clients' organizations by working closely with their designated contacts. We will always act in the client's best interests while negotiating ethically and in good faith with every land owner and their representatives.
