Our team obtained TxDOT driveway permits in coordination with the construction project of FM2244 (Bee Caves Road) roadway improvements. We remained close to ownership through project close-out, assisting in development consistency with a City of West Lake Hills Gift of Real Property Agreement. The finished product is stunning and another success by Michael Hsu Office of Architecture.
