Southwest Engineers provided the site design, landscape plans and City of Austin permitting work for O-SDA Industries and Saigebrook Development’s multi-family residential affordable housing project, The Abali. Realized through tax credits from the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA), this project adds to the momentum behind mixed-income development, (an area we are familiar with and that fulfills our commitment to community service).
The Abali Apartment complex is comprised of 56 re developed lots that serve as an expansion of high quality, affordable housing as defined by the mixed-income City of Austin community standards. Built on 1 acre, the complex includes 51 affordable housing units at differing local median family income (MFI) tiers. With various economy floor plan options this market rate community offers accessible urban living to booming Northeast Austin.
