Yancey WSC Elevated Storage Tank

We served as prime consultant for this project on 5.09 acres requiring a new 0.5-MG Multi-Legged Elevated Storage Tank (EST), an access drive, a new 24” water transmission line to connect the EST to the existing water system, and 8’ intruder-resistant fencing. The final design complied with all rules and regulations set forth by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ). Our services included site design; transmission line design, permitting; FAA coordination for the aeronautical study; paint inspection coordination; bidding phase services; and construction phase services.
