Clarence Littlefield
Clarence Littlefield brings over 60 years of engineering experience, with around 55 years as a Registered Professional Engineer. Nearly 46 years ago, he co-founded Southwest Engineers, Inc. in Gonzales, Texas, establishing a respected engineering practice alongside his associate. Throughout his career, Clarence played a pivotal role in the formation of more than 20 rural water systems and contributed to the development of approximately 30 additional systems. He has also provided engineering services to over 65 small cities and counties across Texas. Beyond his professional accomplishments, Clarence has served as Chairman of both State and Area Engineering and Surveying Associations and has been actively involved in various civic and church-related organizations.
