FM 1626 Office Park

Southwest Engineers (SWE) partnered with the developer to successfully obtain approval for both the Final Plat and Site Development Permit for the FM 1626 Office Park.

In addition to permitting through the City of Buda, SWE secured driveway permits from the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) and obtained approval for a Water Pollution Abatement Plan through the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ).

This project highlights SWE’s expertise in site development design, delivering a well-coordinated layout that integrates grading, drainage, access, parking, and utilities to effectively serve both the office park and the growing Buda community.
