Southwest Engineers (SWE) provided comprehensive civil engineering services for the Revolve ATX development. The project included design elements associated with on-site parkland, a dedicated trail system, a large courtyard, and a pool amenity area, all while ensuring full ADA accessibility across the site.

SWE also coordinated site access and utility infrastructure with key agencies, including the Austin Transportation Department (ATD), Austin Fire Department (AFD), and Austin Water (AW). This collaboration ensured seamless integration with city requirements while enhancing the overall functionality and accessibility of the development.
